Additional Information: I sold him private combo 1.4kk, sent him the sample and he like the data. I informed him that the data was raped only on facebook and paypal and he can use it on everything else which he agreed. I send him the data first, he said he will need 2-3 days to get me the funds. it took over 17 days for him to reply and all of a sudden he doesn't need this data anymore. After few minutes of conversation I realized that he does not speak english very well and I think when I said on the beginning of our conversation that this data is raped on paypal and facebook he most likely thought that this data is good for facebook. So I feel kind of bad for him if this data will be useless for him, but he is in the possession of this data, he agreed on everything and it took him 17 days to even bother to reply...
