Additional Information: It's only 4$ bucks, but you know what pisses me off more is people who waste time. Because why tf is there no telegram available to talk to this guy. He doesn't respond on my thread and better yet, someone else replies saying he's a scammer too. (Right below my comment) 
I don't care for the 4$ but what if he scammed for 20$ or 100$ and it's going be the same shit. at least make the process to get replacement accounts easy. are you that desperate for 4$? if he is, then let him keep it.
Crypto address for a refund: I payed with paypal and friends, he can refund that.,
