Additional Information: 
The user posted threads looking for a PayPal holder, I have a well-standing PayPal account. 
thus I approached the user and made sure the dispute rates were low and there was no trouble involved. 

I received 2 Payments, $400 and $350. Both of which are charged back now. (The reason he scammed both of them and didn't let me know before accepting payment)
He kept pushing me for more, But luckily I stopped.

He Keeps giving me reasons and pushing the dates. I just want this useless piece of shit to either refund me or fuck off from this place and never come back.

Hi Liars, I tried to refund $600 as agreed to his PayPal account using Paxful exchanger with thousands of feedback, but he refused. I can't send USDT directly to him because there's possibility that he didn't use the money to cover his PayPal negative balance. I can only use a Paxful exchanger to send him PayPal goods and services at this time, no other way around.

I cannot accept F&F Payments due to country restrictions.

I can only accept G&S which can be chargedback, I won’t know which exchanger he is using if it’s paxful and he can always chargeback if it’s a random exchanger from a 3rd party site.


So i requested him to use someone trusted from cracked.

I don’t mind giving him another 24hrs.

Can you also direct him to use a trusted exchanger from Cracked, because he insists on using someone from a 3rd party site? They can always charge back and I don't wanna be bothered by it.
He can also send me the crypto directly, Which he refuses to do as well. No idea why
