SCAM ALERT - STAY AWAY FROM ARROWHARDWARE
 
I placed a Walmart order (2 items) for $2349 on January the 15th. So then I reached out to him and sent him all the order details so he could start working.
 
The fee is 30%, he asked to pay upfront and REFUSED to take PayPal (big flag here) — he only wanted BTC.
 
He was extremely impatient for the payment. I took 2 hours as I needed to exchange my funds to BTC so I could pay. He even dropped me a call on Telegram because he was more than sped to get the payment. "You will get the order completed today." that's why he was so rushed.
 
So I paid upfront.
 
5 hours passed - the first product was refunded, that’s a big one! 
 
Now he said the rest of the order was supposed to be completed the same day. A lie. 24 hours passed and no notice. 48 hours passed, still no notice. 72 hours passed, no notice. So I sent him a message, and forwarded me a Telegram Contact from the insider. He told me: "go get on his ass, not mine. It’s not my fault."
 
I sent a message to that guy, and to my surprise, he said that Arrow owed him money, so he didn’t want to complete my refund.
  
How the fuck is it possible that he doesn’t even take his business serious? Even If I paid upfront…
 
Long story short — I didn’t get my refund completed yet.
 
So I paid $720 for a $2349 2 products refund, which only 1 product was refunded for $1060. 
 
Arrow BANNED me from his telegram channel and threaten me to rebill my payment method.
 
This is not a serious refunder. Doesn’t stick to it’s deadlines, doesn’t respect his customers, and does not even offer a good service.

But be careful if you are using his services for the first time - as you are most likely going to get screwed.

SHORT STORY: Never pay upfront to this guy and never complain on his channel, as he will delete your messages and threat you to rebill your orders just because you have a problem.

The thing here is that I paid for a service that was supposed to be instant. He rushed me to pay upfront because it was supposed to be done the same day. As I mentioned, I received a refund for one of the items - but the order wasn't completed as I paid for 2 items, not 1. 

If I had to pay for the item refunded, then i'd be around $324.

But I paid $720...

We've been talking everyday since that happened, and all the messages are the same "yeah, your order will be done tomorrow" - "i gave it to a new insider, now wait" - as well as all the times he threatened me to rebill because of exposing him in the forum. (I first posted the same message on his service thread like 5 days ago.) 

I can provide more screenshots of the conversation but I didn't want to flood the forum with that. 

But as clearly seen, he didn't pay his insider for my order and that's why it wasn't completed.

User placed a walmart order, and due to some scamming in the community recently I asked for payment upfront.

I got the payment, and confirmed it and then gave the order to my old insider named "Narcira - @Samurai250" He didn't do the order and then started dming customers
to just use the walmart insider service through him and emailing customers that got refunded so I switched to a new insider and actually gave the insider his order, and I'm just waiting for the guy to do his order.

I tried to tell the user all of that, but he was just being ingorant acting like I could speed it up, and he even already got partial refunded half of his order.

How am I being so impatient?

The reason I banned him, is because he was sale trashing like he just did to my thread; any person in my server can contest; he's acting like I blocked him and said fuck off. User has -24 rep for a reason.
How is asking a question a threat?

I'm so confused if user even wants a refund, I've just put his order on hold due to the incompetence of the user nor is he even cooperating with me on telegram; user in general is just being impatient and not understanding; like why even get a refund in the first place?

ArrowHardware did indeed fuck you, you got rep fucked and I feel bad for you because they're straight up scamming you. I hope you get this resolved and staff read all the transcripts due to you being threatened and constantly lied to. This shows what kind of refunders you can and can't trust in this community.
