Additional Information:
- Blocked me on TG as soon as he was tagged "deal with caution"
- AKA Comrade1337, Comrade0x1337 (TG)
- Comrade was acting explicitly in the capacity of "middleman" and charged me an "MM fee" for it, but weeks later revealed that he had spent the money both times without any confirmation or acknowledgement from me that the work was performed.  To me, this invalidates the concept of middleman. He'd previously said we were just waiting for the second banner to try again due to a holiday delay where the reps were "not in the office" according to him.
- When the second job failed, he asked for $2K more to finish it, and I asked if I would be refunded if it failed.  He said "yes."
- Without giving any refund, he further recommended that I instead buy a $15,000 account, because a "rep can ban with those."

Comrade payed me 3k$ for unban . I tried 2 time unbanning the account.
But its permanent ban due to change in tik tok community guidelines I can’t unban that acc i give my best. And i dont do refunds in my service

The whole point of a middle man is to protect the buyer from a seller who can't or won't actually perform the work.

Comrade was hired as a middle man, explicitly.  He even charged a fee for it.  He wasn't hired to to pass my money around to random buddies of his who provide no evidence of any work even being performed.  He was supposed to wait until I verified that the task was complete before releasing any money to anyone.

He even outright said you'd refund the money if it didn't work.  Check the chat log.  

After I wrote a report on another forum where he has an account, he immediately deleted our entire Telegram  chat history, apparently hoping I wouldn't have any evidence and that he could get away with it.

I believe your responses have made my case for me.
