First issue arises - can't upload files bigger than 200mb. 


Tells me to split the any file bigger than 200mb in 5 files, what about php scripts I intended to host that are bigger than 200mb? That isn't a solution its a shitty workaround.


Page load times are 30 seconds plus, this isn't acceptable from any form of hosting provider, I raise the issue again.



This section now is screenshots of my Control Panel and how its erroring/bugging out completely and how I can't access basic things like the file manager, the service is completely useless.

Here is me asking for a refund from @CID and this is where he turns into a massive prick. DO NOT offer a SERVICE if you are incapable of maintaining that service. 





He declines to give me a refund thus I'm opening a scam thread because his services are not fit for purpose, he can not fix any of the issues and my current cpanel/web hosting interface is completely unusable. 

Will supply Crypto address if user agrees to refund, if user does not agree to refund then user needs to be banned and regardless of what happens with this thread @Darkness he should be stopped from providing any services on CTO for his CYREX.HOST because hes made it evident hes an incompetent webmaster and it is only going to lead to more scam threads and issues further down the line.

You are literally the only one that is facing this issue, I am providing a Web Hosting that works perfectly for me and for others but you are trying to install unknown scripts that are incompatible with the hosting, Find a script that is indeed compatible with the hosting or contact the owner of the scripts to resolve these issues. It has nothing to do with the hosting nor me, please stop bothering me about it.

If you are not satisfied, don't use the hosting, purchase a expensive hosting and you would experience the same exact issues.

1) I don't care if there's me or 500 people facing an issue, the fact is I'm facing an issue with a service YOU are providing. You have an OBLIGATION to RESOLVE it. 

2) Unknown scripts? Are you being a moron for fun? SOFTCUOLICIOUS comes with cPanel! WORDPRESS is BUNDLED as part of CPANEL. What the FUCK is UNKNOWN about WORDPRESS? 

3) I've moved my domain over to legionhosting which cost me $11.99 for 6 months hosting - my wordpress website is now working PERFECTLY fine. (https://sensaze.xyz) 

4) My main domain still hosted by your shabby service (http://deathwish.vip/) is still completely unreachable and errors out.

I don't think you're properly understanding. I am COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT of my the CPANEL. When I login NOTHING WORKS. All from attempting to install OPEN CLOUD and WORDPRESS - WHICH COME AS BUNDLES YOU CAN PICK TO INSTALL FROM THE CPANEL HOME PAGE - And yet you're calling them UNKNOWN SCRITPS - LMFAO !! 

@Darkness it is obvious this idiot is not going to refund me and that his service is no where near adequate in-comparison to cheaper alternatives.

This isn't resolved lol. My issue is the page load times, the fact I can't use FTP. The fact I can't upload files larger than 200mb, none of these limits are listed anywhere on your website, everything on the package I bought is just simply listed as "unlimited" or "unmetered". 

@Darkness I purchased "life time hosting" it isn't like its a monthly subscription, its a one time fee for permanent hosting access, however I've now realised the host isn't a competent web master and he has displayed as such.

I want to be able to use FTP (the same way I can on legionhosting.com for less money)

I want to be able to load pages faster than 30 seconds.

I want to have a competent host who doesn't take 2-3 days at best to respond unless you make a scam thread.
