TOS has been there since the product was posted on my shop. The product was posted there way before he bought. It's also in the product notes which I cant change when bought so if that helps with any proof as well

This is a blatant lie. There was no such TOS when I bought it on the website.
The seller also claimed in tutorial/instructions that I can change email/phone which he later admitted cannot be done.
The 2FA service he recommended to contact has not responded since the day I bought the account.
Why sell an account which is useless and cannot be used in any way?

After I paid him, he immediately sent me a message that he won't replace 2FA on changing email/phone but only on login while this was not mentioned anywhere on TOS.
