Additional Information:
Purchased DHL Express FTID service from NetworkHydra. They said it was DHL Express, but actually it was through Bpost in Belgium and not directly through DHL - This messed up my refund and I had a chat with NetworkHydra/His support and was eventually refunded my 60 euro as balance on-site. As they can't offer what I want it withdrawn to my crypto wallet, they've done this to me before when not being able to deliver what they promised. This time I've been waiting for way too long to get my crypto withdrawn and even their support has tried to get @NetworkHydra attention, as shown on screenshots, for him to withdraw it for me, but without response.
I believe I've waited long enough so hopefully this deal dispute will get his attention.
