I first received a Basic-Account, instead of the advertised Premium/UHD. I messaged the seller for help (people make mistakes, right?)
First response is "I could replace it, but you first need to vouch for us".
I'm like "this is sketchy. I'm not vouching before I received what I paid for."
After some back-and-forth, I get the promised UHD-Account.
I have 2 looks, first thing I see: watched on at 30th of March 2020. The Account was advertised to be dead, safe to change pw/email and seller claimed it would work for at least 1year.
I asked about it, apparently the seller used the account himself. alright then.
i change the password, cannot change the email because "an error occurred, please try again later" and not even 1h later, the account stopped working. I message the seller again and I get responses like
-"I could give you 50% coupon."
-"All my other customers are happy, why aren't you?"
then follows the seller raging for a bit (in capslock, ofc)
And another offer for 50% refund. I say I want the product or my money back, the seller then blocks me.

You also said I can change the password&email no problem ,the account will still work.
I changed it and the account stopped working.
You also claimed the Account was dead for a year and you were the only one using it. if so, who changed the password? Who had access to the email?

@Rezistenza if you advertise it as "1 Year Account" and "UHD" you can't give your customers a basic or any other plan. Thats simply a false advertisement. Please either fully refund or replace his order.

The Account stopped working after not even an hour. You still advertise it as a 1Year-Account, which it clearly is not.
Plus I don't quite get how you can have a "1 hour only" refund-policy, but at the same time promise a "1 year account"? If you say it's 1yr then make it 1yr or stop saying it is.
So anyways.. my first report was 28min after the original purchase, well within your 1hr time... why did you not offer me a full refund right then, knowing you couldn't hold the promise of "1 year Premium-UHD Account"?

you got refunded for the basic account to premium
then i told you this is not refundable after 1 hour
and you was tottaly agree

i write in the product item before he make any payments : NO REFUNDS AFTER 1 HOUR
after i refunded him PREMIUM UHD account he change password and he asking for another refund. even that i told him no refundes after one hour , check screens one by one . I am not wrong and the final decision belongs to you @Darkness check this and what you order me to do i'll do it. but really im not wrong
