Scammed by Roses palace 147$

Additional Information: my issue is that i bought over 300 yahoo logs. i told him i need a bulk order he says if you do bulk then you can pay directly and i do pay him directly. everything is good first two days and then all of a sudden all the logs went 2fa. he makes a telegram post saying all the logs went bad. i message asking for a refund he says its past 24 hours. i didn't buy 3-5 logs from the shop i  bought bulk directly from you i told him. now my order isn't a bulk order but a small order and that its not his problem. He then went to claim this is a week old purchase and that i looted them and just want more logs. my problem is that he publicly admitted that they went bad and still doesn't want to compensate me abything.

Hey staff ! Please close this thread since there won’t be any refund or any replacement for this guy !
So first of all he bought logs from us on 1st of august for the amount of 147€ and the only reason I agreed to sell to him directly without the shop is because he asked for it and he wanted the transaction to happen faster then waiting for CoinPayments to confirm it .

On the website it says 24h warranty on some of he’s logs and others say 1 hour! The customer contacts me 4 days after purchasing the logs ( after We messaged in our telegram that yahoo had another 2fa wave, he saw that and tried to take advantage of it ! I can show the whole chat I made screenshot of it the guy says first logs are invalid and when I ask him why didn’t u contact me he says they were all raped and wants a refund … the guy just took advantage of the logs for cheap and now tries to rip us off and tries to get a refund by opening a scam report here . We won’t refund anything there are tos which the customer must have read and also he is way out of the warranty time . It’s like going to buy a brand new iPhone and go back after 3 years and say it’s broken I want a refund kekw . Thank you for reading pls solve this case

If you have a problem with account not working etc u don’t wait 4 days to contact the seller also if 200 logs for u are ( bulk ) and too much to handle in 1-2 days then don’t buy that much and buy as much as u can handle instead .

No matter how you look at this we are in our right as sellers and there is not a single shop which will replace something from 4 days ago while customer didnt have any complains at all before we announced yesterday on chat that there was another 2fa wave.

24 hour warranty on a 300+ log order i wasn't even half way thru them when they all went bad and i had invalids. you are literally trying to hide behind t he 24 hour window for selling product that went bad in 2 days i complained on the 3rd day to your staff you didnt respond till the 4th day 
if you buy a iphone and it goes bad in a week you get a full refund or replacement stop making the time longer than what it really is. DancingClown

i can show other shops like demi imperium badass all refunding past 24 hours this kid smoking meth

On our tos it says no refunds and you agreed to them when buying you raped the logs and now want a refund . It doesn’t work like that. Most probably you are blacklisted from all the other shops that you mentioned and that’s why you try to rip me off now.

You received your product and you had enough time to profit from it if you didn’t that is your mistake and it is also your fault for buying more then you can handle I am sorry but we gave you working logs, as you said your self . So we are not responsible that you had issues after the warranty period you should have considered that before buying more then you can loot

@Liars he says him self that the logs were good and he started having problems on the 3rd day he claims which is false since the purchase was on 1 august but he contacted me on the 6th of august also he said he has gone thru them so he probably raped all and now wants a refund

  • The buyer having made this transaction on the 1st of August
    • Provide a TXID if  this transaction was made using a cryptocurrency.
  • The buyer having received the product(s) on the 1st of August
  • The buyer contacting you on the 6th of August

Here are pics of customer buying and receiving in the first of august / contacted on 2nd august because of a promo we did on telegram didn’t mention any issues and on the 6th he tried to get replacement which he got he opened a report for refund and at the same time he opened report from he’s multi above against my partner and scammed him into refunding 60$ for nothing op is scammer
