Additional Information: Similar to TheLuknukem, I have been deleted from his Discord and blocked as well. I paid for a 1 year, private Netflix acct and the first stopped working after a month. Took days for a replacement and the first one didn't work at all. Second was in Spanish, not private, and worked for a day. Seller stopped responding and said he had no money to refund me and had no account to give. I opened a PayPal claim and he immediately responded begging me to close it and blocked me once I refused.

You are a blatant liar. You first told me you had no money to refund and no accounts to replace with due to your “proxies”. As soon as I open a dispute, you magically respond after ignoring me and suddenly have accounts.

I did not want your replacement accounts because the last 2 you provided did not work. On top of that, you accused me of changing the email addresses when that wasn’t the case at all. You lack any sense of customer service and need to stop scamming people. I spoke to TWO other people on the discord that had the SAME EXACT ISSUE with being ignored after accounts stopped working. If you did nothing wrong, why did you delete me from your discord channel immediately after I refused to close the claim that you stated “I would not win no matter what since it was a virtual item”. Additionally, I have no use for two accounts that will work for a day and require a week and a PayPal claim to get any sort of replacement. Nowhere do you list that replacement accounts will function for a day, buyer will be accused of false misconduct, or that the replacement account will be in another language with multiple users despite paying for a PRIVATE account.

I paid for a private account, not a shared account, period.

I referenced other customers because they experienced the EXACT SAME ISSUE AND LACK OF RESPONSE AND ACTION THAT I DID.

You were NONEXISTENT until I filed a claim. You accused me of changing emails and passwords when you sent me accounts that did not work. Stop trying to play the victim here...there are MULTIPLE PEOPLE VOUCHING FOR YOUR LACK OF SERVICE.

I did not want your replacements because THEY DO NOT WORK. I am not going through this every time one of the accounts you finally send stops working after 10 minutes or 1 day. It doesn’t matter what is going on, you have a responsibility to your existing customers that were GUARANTEED a working account for a specified duration of time.

I don’t want others to go through this same nonsense that I had to go through.

I received no refund of any kind at this moment in time. Again, I want others to be aware of the crap that you try and pull when selling “warrantied” accounts.
