Additional Information:
So I had bought a SIP account from him before for 145 GBP, tested it for a couple of days and everything looked fine. I needed more SIP accounts so I proposed a very beneficial deal for him.
I would pay him 250 GBP per account per 6 months instead of a 145 GBP one time payment and discussed a fixed rate per minute of 0.05 while he normally charges around 0.025 per minute.
In the hopes to start a long-term partnership and to keep him motivated I wanted him to earn good, that's why I upped the prices myself.

Unfortunately he decided to come up with imaginary deals that we had "made" and there was absolutely 0 sense made during his arguments. Except for the fact he was trying to squeeze me for more money.

So I requested a refund, which he denied saying that he doesn't do refunds.
I sent him a screenshot of his website (that he changed now and messed up his own website in the process) that clearly states "No refunds once the accounts were activated or used".
I kindly pointed out that I never received the last 2 accounts and then he came with the most incredibly ridiculous answer that I have ever heard in my life:
"You have used our services before so it's now a extended deal".

At this point, well my mind was blown.
After requesting refunding another time, he decided to delete the chat.

User didn't finish his end of the deal.
Money shall NOT be refunded (website says no refunds - can give proof of this, even user knows this.) 
Money will be kept in the deposited wallet for three months waiting for the user to complete the deal other wise deal will be closed.
 
I announced to the user £550 up front + £250 afterwards per customer. 
User only sent £500..
 
I have chat logs of all this exported same with the picture(s).
We can send this via Telegram DMs if needed. 
Rather not post here for the user accounts privacy.
 
If you'd like proof let me know 
 
I'd like to announce that the user has been working with us before and agree'd to the ToS while registering to the website.
If needed I can provide his account details here with all call logs made from the start with his balance top up.
 
With him being a former member of the service before I closed his account. He agrees when using our ToS.
 
Our front page clearly explains the ToS.. You've been a member with us for a while now so you should understand our rules.

We are keeping the money safely in a bitcoin account waiting for the complete payment so we can extend our partnership as agreed.

 

We stand by our own rules & guidelines for a reason. Just like this forum will stand by there own ToS and won't change for anyone.

We will do the same. Even if that will get us banned from using this forum.

 

We never forced or tricked you in to sending the money. 

As shown we said up front payment + £250 and with you being a former customer you should of known this.

 

You have three months to complete the payment other wise account will be closed.

 

Our service is still going to be run smoothly and operate as normal, no matter what.

This will change nothing but you end up losing £500 and get black listed from the service which you use..

 

So make up your mind;

 

1) False scam report even though you agree'd to the ToS meaning you end up black listed and losing £500

2) You can carry on as agreed and account reactivated with service for you resuming as normal

 

The choice is in your hands. 

What comes first? Business or your little ego?

This guy doesn't take his "business" serious.

If he would stick to his TOS he would refund me for the products that he never delivered.

Be aware that he also threatened me by releasing the call logs, meaning that they DO keep logs while they state otherwise on their website.

I hope the mods here will take appropriate action, I have little hope in ever receiving a refund.

As stated before our ToS states no refunds.
We wipe logs every month or upon user request. Hence no log policy. We are open about this.

He's a liar and keeps logs of all the calls, I'm glad I actually didn't really start working with this guy now!

For everyone finding this thread:
- He has and will keep your logs (even though his website states they don't save any data).
- This guy is delusional and shits his pants when you open a scam report, IMAGINE what he would do if any Law enforcing agency's ask him to provide data XD
- He will NOT follow his own ToS, even though it states you will get a refund if the services is unused. In his mind starting a conversation with him is "using" his services hence you won't get a refund XD

You asked what logs was kept; I provided the logs. I also state and so does the Telegram channel that all logs get wiped monthly apart from user login because of course we need that in our database.
