Sorry but I want to add something
so you ask your customer to contact Netflix Support well we, all know they ask security question and you Said they might be hacked so just give them payment method u used on Netflix account and even i can help customer to get back his account and u keep saying u cant change email since u didn't have access to email but Netflix email can be changed by verifying Payment method on-site and by calling Netflix Support so if u don't have Full proof that customer or customer,s Friend changed email. He can say the same thing about you and It's your fault you didn't keep a record of cc as if u did u would knew who changed the email
just imagine a customer trusts on you and u saying this like we don't know what happens with accounts lol

and u said the user didn't receive OTP code from netflix
Well if a person change email from Payment method they don't send OTP He didn't even have to login into the account to change email he can do that by just calling Netflix customer support

I mean this is a perfect example on how people used to get their steam keys for free:
Get your steam key from G2A, activate it, go to support, tell them oh my steam key didn't work, okay show proof, here's a screenshot (of activating on a different account) saying oh no it's already used. and get a refund or replacement.
My suspicion is that this seller is trying to get his money back right after he got his upgrades. We have never seen it happen that the "email has changed" before and it's not something that can be caused by our upgrade.
What's the chance that BOTH the accounts have gotten their emails changed right after the upgrade while we had no access to the email accounts...
