Additional Information: Paid for an update for a tool that I originally had created by these guys so I expected no issues, the update I was provided did not work at all so is completely useless to me. I told the dev that he ignored me all day and then posted in the devsly group that he would not make any more updates. I request a refund and zero said no and to post a dispute here because he will win, so lets see...

The developer was tasked with adding authentication and making other adjustments that do not interfere with the part of the program that the user has issues with. We can send the original and modified source to a staff member to verify that.

The user was not able to explain to me where exactly the issue is, as he demonstrates the tool before and after using different conditions?

The dev is willing to help as soon as he can.

I can upload the video here also if necessary showing the original tool works fine and the updated version has an issue making the tool useless for me... I don't care that you say the dev will fix it now, two days ago he was not going to fix it and now I have to wait another two days for him to take a look? No chance.

You are saying: „it makes a weird error“ this error means it cant claim? Afaik this can happen for many reasons. So what does that have to do with authentication or the other changes? You are running 2 different folders with different tokens, vccs maybe proxies?

Because your original tool has issues, the work of the developer can not be unpaid. I hope you understand my point.

The first tool ran is the original, the second is the updated version they gave me. As you can see first works fine but the second does not gives that impossible to claim code, even though the promo codes get redeemed the tool just does not acknowledge that and does not save the tokens to a file after upgrading them, making the entire program useless to me.

It did claim the code which i explained to you, it just does not acknowledge it.... The code works but clearly there is a small bug causing that but after you guys said your not willing to do anymore work I don't want to work with you.

Can you reupload the video to streamables or youtube. The quality of the video seems very bad. Do so within 24 hours.
