Additional Information:

I purchase 100 FA DD logs with CC for $500. 66 out of the 100 logs were invalid (no payment methods, deactivated, etc) and were suitable for replacements under Badass's terms. It took 2 days for me to get replacements, and when I finally got the replacements, 46 of them were invalid (these were checked as soon as I got access to the replacements). I contacted support, and they said I'll get new replacements "at the next restock". I requested a refund, and they said they will give me $230 in "store credits". I do not want store credits, I would like a refund. More than half of the initial products were not what I purchased.

I requested a refund to badass yesterday, and he has not responded yet.
