The guy bought these accounts on 2023-06-07 and two days later he writes that he wants a refund. By registering you accept all our rules. I will remind you. We accept returns within 30 minutes of purchase! We always return accounts to everyone, if this is done according to the rules.

Nobody scammed you. You take accounts, it is not clear what you are doing with them, and now you are trying to return money. 
Provide evidence for each account, and at the same time attach the IP from which you entered them, I hope it wasn't only one.

Nobody scammed you. You take accounts, it is not clear what you are doing with them, and now you are trying to return money. 
Provide evidence for each account, and at the same time attach the IP from which you entered them, I hope it wasn't only one.
