User is total newbie. Doesn't know a single thing about checking with mail access software, Inbox seacher Etc. 
Blane has been providing me and his customers with FA logs for years, so the dispute is invalid. OP lacks information, and his account is a shell acc just to throw out misinformation.

OP needs a checker, but has backed out since he has no knowledge in this regard.
