Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 15$ for RDP
Screenshots of Communication: User deleted our chat on discord soon after conversation ended...
Seller claimed this was not windows azure RDP, when in fact it's even worse... a windows azure guest agent virtual machine, it has gotten so slow and backed up from the others on the server as well.

I asked him if this was a windows azure rdp, and he assured me that it was not. So then I transitioned to the assumption that it was a cracked rdp, and that if it is, i'd like a guarantee of 30 days, and he said, although he deleted it, "I got you bro".
He deleted the messages, so it can only be pieced by what I have left, and further proof is that I have had a buyers bay thread up for quite some time, and each time someone has com ewith an offer, I ask if it's any type of cloud service, like aws, google cloud, windows azure and if they say yes, I turn them down. Here is an example:

Contacted user confrontiing him about it being windows azure. And now he asks: "You paid me?"
The following images are timestamps of me saying sent, coinciding with the time that I sent 15 dollars paypal to his email.
Furthermore, picture of him saying "Good Business". So unless this user's account was hacked, which I doubt, since his trust scans don't show odd IP usage, this user is not to be trusted. I could care less about 15 dollars, even if you don't refund me, I"d just like other users to know to deal with you cautiously.

Additional information: Although, on discord, you may only see my side of the conversation, I believe that the following factual occurences allows the reader to logically conclude that 1. I did not want to buy a cloud service connection, 2. Seller was lying about what he was actually selling:
fact the user deleted his discord messages after payment,
has vague information on his selling page
that I specifically turn down people who have tried to sell me cloud services before
For what reason would I purchase a single server on a azure vm when I could easily buy .edu for 12 month trial and credit to make as many as I wanted. I want a real damn RDP, not some cloud bullshit.
So I want a refund, I've only used it for 3 days now, truthfully I should have realized sooner and checked sooner, but by the time I realized, dc chat was deleted.
