This guy has been using the accounts for more than 3 months !!
you excepting me to refund him ?! so he have the accounts and also have the money ?!
I'm not gonna do any refund till he gives those accounts back intact and clean !! ( if he didn't need them why did he took them ?!! )
I'm not dumb to keep bunch of account for myself and put myself in a ban situation. 
he clearly rejected my help offer at the time of account delivery to easily change them to hushed ! just because I was reselling some of them !
so now you expect me to refund  and not taking the accounts back ?! ( numbers could have been changed easily to hushed )
No way , you guys are blind or something ? what is this decision making ?!
I can only issue a refund for Lydia (150$) because it needed a french number and hushed doesn't have that ( he still have the account tho which is not fair but to get rid of this dumb , I only do refund for lydia ) other than that, I'm not gonna refund for any others ! not fair ! no way.

he can simply give me back the lydia account the same way I delivered to him ( with LDCloud and everything - which I doubt it he can after 3 month !).
I will check the account and if it was ok, then I will refund him 150$.

he even blocked me on telegram since the day 1 ...

so still waiting for him to give the lydia back in fully working situation with LDCloud and full access ( just like the day 1 ) and then I refund 150$.
