Additional Information: So I contacted him a month ago to refund from ASOS. I let him handled the refunding process. Two days later he comes back to me telling me that refunds successed and claimed his payment. I told him
I’d rather wait for confirmation mail, but he told me 100% it was gonna be successful. Me trusting his reputation I paid him.
Fast forward 3 days, not only did ASOS refused the refund but they blocked me from the site and I cannot return the items.
After this fuck up one could assume that he would at least own his mistake but no. It’s been 20 days I have been asking him to send my money and he keeps giving me excuse as to why he cannot refund 95€ .
He then threatens me that if I post here I would never get my money. How is this allowed here ?
