Additional Information: Bought package for $30 then they claimed taht they were having "vps issues" and were purchasing new vps parts for their own vps. That was almost a month ago and since then they havent said anything in announcements. They will get on once a week and send a message in general chat saying they are busy with family or are working on the bot which is now "broken" even though they claimed that they were only having issues with their vps. They have claimed to have issued refunds to everyone who has asked for them, but obviously are ghosting in the pic above. They responded that they would give me back my package when their bot was working again, but they said they would give a refund to everyone who asked and I asked for a refund to only get a reply saying they would give me back the package i purchased when and if the bot is ever fixed (highly unlikely).
