Step 1 Wake up Early - Atleast when the sun rises
Step 2 Fasting - Use hunger to achieve your goals and then eat nutritious meal
Step 3 Blood flow - do physical activities like cycling, gym or even walking
Step 4 Meditation - Nourish yourself and clears your mind and increase concentration
Step 5 Plan your next day - Plan what you need to do throught whole day, put 2 important tasks
Step 6 Sleeping early - Sleeping early is important then waking up early, try sleeping earlier time
