Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 400 Qobuz account for 600$, he resold the same hits to 2 people when he promised he only sells unique

Additional Information: He resold me 400 qobuz accounts for 600$, i specifically asked him that if he resells accounts and he said, all unique hits. However I compared it to my friends account who bought from him on april 30th and 400 were the same accounts. I messaged him and asked for a refund but just blocked me and said I do not like doing business with customers like you, without trying to explain as he clearly knew what he was doing. I have attached screenshots of both my telegram conversation and my friends discord conversation from 1 month ago. He sells accounts, waits until people forget then resell.... you can see in the screenshots on discord and telegrams hes using the same wallet address. he thought because he went through discord first time people would not remember him reselling.
