As I know It is normal to ignore clients if you resell proxies.
It is very easy to sell: receive money, take % for resell, bind proxy via proxy provider.
But when you have some problems, these people can't do anything. Just "I am writing to my proxy provider", "All is fine", "We'll solve your problem" etc.
In result you have no proxy, you waste your time and money to buy another proxy service. And in conclusion I can said that it is easier to buy good proxy directly for much price than buy more cheap proxies from reseller.

I've never claimed that the proxies I've sold are the best and I've sent you screenshots of my proxy provider directly. There are dozens of people who love my proxies. I am not god I cannot make everyone happy. but I'm trying to help everyone and be friendly. I've had a shit week and yet I'm still trying to take care of you what more can you do.
