I purchased an elite membership in November 2023, and initially, everything went smoothly. However, from time to time, the service was disrupted by Discord due to policy violations. Each time, we were moved to a new server.

This time, though, the situation is different. They are claiming that the server has been hacked. I'm now trying to recover my membership, and they are asking for proof of payment.

I've provided evidence of my elite membership through Telegram, but there has been no response. I even suggested they restore an old backup, where they would see that I had an elite membership with a private room. They’ve ignored my request, making it seem suspicious that the server wasn't actually hacked. It feels like a tactic to remove older members.

I also informed them that I have multiple wallets and even provided my LTC address, offering to help filter through the transactions to find the payment. Still, they haven't responded. It's like they're asking for a needle in a haystack.
