If you're going to purchase the Atom Logger + Rogue Miner bundle, you can configure Atom Logger so that it will automatically run Rogue Miner when executed.
Using Atom Logger like any other program inside a computer that you do not own or without permission to run it is illegal. I cannot take any liability on your way to use this tool as I do not control the builds you create and distribute.
Logger builds can send you instant email notification if certain "forbidden" words are typed while they're running on target machine. This list can be defined when configuring the logger using my website.

When creating your builds you can blacklist given processes from being executed. This turns to be useful either to block task managers or run other applications.
Atom Logger can send you reports every minute, but I recommend setting not less than 1h as delivery time to avoid overloading your inbox with tens of reports.
