To receive keylogs via email you're recommended not to use a mainstream email provider to avoid blocks. If you're able to, your best option is setting up your own mailboxes

Running the logger on a target computer will allow you to know all that is being typed on it. You can also collect screenshots, clipboard data and other useful system information.
