Yes he left 3 weeks ago. Go on and try to contact him. He wont answer here or on telegram. He did the exact same thing 2 years ago. Everyone who complains gets kicked or banned by his support.

I would love to get one, but I am not german and not a refund expert. If you want consider giving a vc to @Sun , he is probably one of the best options for this on this forum
