i hope that everyone understands that a ebook wont fix your depressions

i myself have Bbpd (border personality disorder) and only a Therapist wo works on your Dissorder or Depressions is able to help you live with it and control it

how ever it wont fix it 

if you have Depressions that only lasts some days cause youre heart broken or something go for it but theres also free youtube videos who will help you on that

also i find it really bad that someone who probably isnt even a certified Therapist sells something like this

people who have suicidal troughts or other shit could buy this and it wont help so they think they are stuck on that thinking for ever and actually do suicide 

PEOPLE GET REAL HELP FROM A CERTIFIED THERAPIST
