Series The best free (if existed) site or app to have the VO subtitles with the VO ?

Hello everyone ! 

Hope you're all good. 

I wanted to know if a site or an APP existed to watch movies or series with subtitles in streaming ? Or can we only find the one's where we need to pay ?
It's a good question.
and besides Netflix, which sites with paying suscription is the best ? i can't usually find everything in HULU or in Directv and it's not very complete...

I don't know about apps, but for streaming sites with subs, I use baloo.co. It's good for me since I'm hoh and need English captions.

Netflix probably has the best content but Amazon prime is decent sometimes as a close second.
