What is the difference between 16 cores in an rdp compared to 16 cores(physical) in a dedicated server? How would you put the computing power on a scale? Using the server for captcha solving. Rn deciding between 32gb ram 16 core $31 RDP located in Germany or a $97 dedicated server with 16 physical cores and 128 gb of ram located in the US.
