FAQ:
Q: Groceries?
A: Yes, but you will not have tracking.
Q: Payment methods?
A: Most CCC (Common Cryto Coins), No paypal or E-transfer unfortunately.
Q: Can I pay after receiving my food?
A: No, payment must be upfront. Order will be placed after at least 1st confirmation. If that takes too long then you can always maintain a credit balance with me and your orders will be placed instantly.
Q: Refunding? Carding?
A: I don’t do refunds or use stolen credit cards for my method.
Q: Can I change my order after it has already been placed?
A: Unfortunately just like a normal DoorDash order, once placed and processed, you will not be able to change the order.
Q: Pickup?
A: Yes.
Q: Can you change the name on my order?
A: Yes.
Q: Scheduled?
A: Yes.
Q: Where is my tracking?
A: (Recommended) If you made an account with DD, then you will can find your order under “orders”
If you use an Phone number, then you will only get notifications
Note: I will not be responsible for anything that happens to the order after it is placed. You can still complain to me though and I can help you to the best of my ability.
Q: Alcohol?
A: Yes. However DD’s policy is that orders with Alcohol can only be “Hand it to me” and you will need to provide the driver with a valid ID to prove that you're over the age… or not, I don’t think the drivers care but you should still have one ready.
Q: Are you a real turtle?
A: Yes, I am in fact a real turtle.
Complete ordering steps:
1. Message on telegram with your address, store you want food from, your cart, and any special instructions.
3. You will be provided a group order link, and your items to the cart.
4. Let me know once you are done adding your order on my link
5. Pay.
6. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be placed.
7. If you were logged into a DoorDash account of your own, you will see it update like a normal order. It is suggested to be logged in so you can be up to date on your order.
8. Wait for food to arrive
