So, about a week ago i decided to try a DNA on my main amazon account. I have had amazon for a few years and spent a good amount of money on my account without ever refunding or complaining, thats why i thought i might have a good chance of it going through. The thing is my DNA is not a small item... I have ordered a MacBook worth around 2000$. From the delivery standpoint everthing went in my favor, the package was apparently signed by me, when i was not even home. Instead a neighbour accepted it (in a multi home house, that technically people could get into) and left it in front of my door. No evidence that i ever received it. I then proceeded to contact amazon and they told me that they will contact the carrier and then get back to me within 3 days. This did not happen. So then i emailed them, asking for an update and they just replied with: "I'm very sorry that your order #???? has not yet reached you. To clear up this issue as quickly as possible we would ask you to make a sworn statement about the items you have not received. In this you will offer us an express assurance that you have not received it." and a link to an amazon affidavit empty form.

I am now wondering if i should continue my DNA, as i guess this would get me into big legal trouble if they find out but on the other hand it might be a sign that the DNA is about to be successful and work in my favor. And i guess they wouldnt have any evidence. Any advice or own experiences with this?

yeah, go for it,
Most of the time they just put big pressure to make people scared if they fake,
Pretty sure you will have no problems...

Btw FTID would be better for something like that

UPDATE: As of now, Amazon instantly refunded me. They did not ask questions or investigate whatsoever. The seller contacted me, which i did not reply to, it has been over a week and they did not message me again.
