I am trying to buy this service, but every time it says that the characters are more than allowed even if it is not true!

This is the reason can u see the characters count goes to 304 in your case.

coz u colored the line and put font in it they all count as characters if we see them as code. in your case below one

to avoid this I will say simply put image as your service it will give more reach to users rather than text signatures.

Put your service image + service link

or if u still want to put text then I suggest u to remove those color and font size or font type , because they are counted as characters in code
