I wouldn't call it exploiting some kind of system, i would call it abusing the richness of other people. Depends on how you perform it, you can also get payments over other payment methods but over paypal you're 100% discrete with this method. Bought the new blackhat ebook and the process is fairly easy. I've currently started setting it up & I have spent around 30$.
