Some users post a lot of non working accounts

I see that there are users who post a lot of topics in Accounts section, but most of them are not working. If the password is not correct, I can understand since it can be changed after posted. But if the accounts do not even exist, why post them from the start  :monkas:? Should those kind of topics receive warnings / ban?

One guy I can't remember Heaven or Godlike had a thread posted for a combo list titled 100K Email:Pass but was User:Pass in the link which he shared.
