Tell about this to shoppy support. Please keep in mind I can't send you any product because the order isn't completed and I didn't receive any money. All I can say is I am sorry that shoppy had some issue with your order but I can do nothing about it.

The thing is i can't even contact the support in any possible way. It was paid to your shop and i have all the necessary proof, including order invoice. Don't make things go nasty.
