I'm looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to perform a targeted attack on a tiktok account, the name is n0r4____ (4 underscores)
the grudge is not with me but with a close friend of mine and it has come so far to have me pay for someone to infiltrate this account. 
Money for this is not an issue, I can pay upwards of 100,000 which proof of funds is shown here. 

I've been scammed before so I'm not going to pay a deposit fee. If you can do it, then show it to me.

I think I've only commented just to reveal what was said on those previous threads, I didn't use any of the techniques... but if I was to use it, there isn't anything wrong with trying since some needs initial money to start off with.
