Additional Information: He's an entitled brat who do not care whether his actions are to be stopped or even warned. So here's how everything went. He asked me for a paypal ESA account which I provided and he checked everything worked fine he left vouches and all. Then out of nowhere he started bombarding me with messages about the problems with my paypals and how low quality they are and whatnot. He kept on spamming to the point I've had enough. He asked me to fix it and I said I am not liable as I did not say I will be helping you with further account's history (Can't be held responsible for a lifetime). Then he asked me to restore it I told HIM I will charge 70$ and Provide THEM (PayPal) selfie for the account. Which I had done. Then He asked me for a GV to link to paypal. I still to this day add and manage Google voice accounts and never had any issue but he kept trying to add the number when he made too many changes or something because paypal kind of stopped stuff on his account. When I provided him with the account I told him he has 1 HOUR WARRANTY. He said this:


So even after 1 Hour warranty he came back to me after several hours stating the account is not being linked to paypal at which point he asked me to give me a good service number to which I replied I can give you the account but its gonna cost more money and he agreed. after 2 days he kept barking all over as usual. at this point I have had enough and told him to just stop and he kept threatening me with Neg-rep,Deal with caution & other shitty stuff to which I've had replied I will not be pushed around and hence he got 38 USDT back but again started Scam report against me
He has taken the money from me even though He had exceeded his Warranty Period and I'd like to get the money back as I fulfilled my service terms.

You sold me a GV number, that was NOT accepted by Paypal.
I clearly asked you to sell me a number that WORKS for Paypal.
The number was a VoIP, and it's not allowed at paypal.
I don't give a flying fuck about what method you can imagine to make it work.

It did NOT work.
I asked you to refund me, and you refunded me cause you know damn well you're wrong and your stuff you sell is a scam.
You opened the scamreport out of spite.

I asked an opinion from Lucas before opening my scamreport, and he clearly said you are at fault if the number was not working on paypal.

Besides that, mention how the GV literally died in under 48 hours, making it an even bigger scam from your side you retard.
