I recently had the pleasure of receiving a vouch copy for upgrading my Spotify account through the service provided by @Cloudypeer. I provided a new account to OP and got it upgraded in few minutes. Until now I didn't have any problems using Spotify and hope that it will remain like that. Regarding price of 10$, well it is maybe a bit higher, however, it is done on own account and saves a lot of money if you go this way than actually paying for subscription.
