I wanted to check the LTE proxy for two dollars (with a 10% discount - 1.8). In the end, I replenished my balance, but I can’t buy a proxy - it says that there are not enough funds. Wrote in support. They said they would fix it, but they never did. I would improve my impression if they finally fixed the bug and provided compensation for such a long wait

Hi there, I have bought a residential proxy, all is well however I have some compatibility issues with the application I am using.
I need the proxy to NOT have special chars inside its password. Is this something you can do, please? Let me know, thank you.
