I don't know if this is the error from my side or their side, but my ticket got ignored. I browsed the #coding channel of Olympus' Discord and created a support ticket. My request is a script to filter JSON log files, basically file manipulation. I don't know if any of the staff members actually read my ticket, but after 4 hours, my patience ran out and I closed the ticket and left the server. I also don't know why the staff can at least say something like "We'll get back to you as soon as possible", "We're looking at your case and will reply in due time", etc. Most of the staff are online.

Maybe our philosophy on things like this are, unfortunately, just different.
