[Staff Only] Some suggestions to improve MOD actions

Hello,

I noticed that some people ask us [staff] why a thread they posted has been deleted from any of the Tools sections.
To fix this, why not implement a system that notifies them its been denied + the reason.

This will close and archive/delete and sent them an Alert or PM with the predefined reason.

Also, I think it would be nice if we have a staff-only section that only staff members can see.
We can share idea's, resources and other stuff here.

Yeah but I don't have access to it though.
Not saying I necessarily need to have access, it's just that I want to share useful stuff only staff is allowed to see.
