The asnwer was yes. and i have it on screenshot and i have dialogue to prove my point. more than that, u aint winning this because regardless of what u understood, ur accounts dont have it enabled, even routing and account numbers are not enabled, and cant be enabled. They are used to deposit money from the bank ,but on ur accounts those are not activated and cant be activated. In fact if u gonna activate it , it will ask for proof of funds, which u said u dont care about.
I have screenshot 1 of 1 account already asking for this proof, i will also provide login information to the mod if u didnt change he will see it himself. So u can stay quite and refund, or just lose the dispute  and get banned, which would be better for the whole community.

Direct deposit (routing and account number) can be activated on every verified us account, I can prove it too

What's the point of coinbase if u cant buy crypto. And yeah that happened to all 3 accounts, and this will happen to any account u sell, when u enable direct deposit. Exactly the reason i ask u if the option was available to avoid this kind of emails from coinbase. Level 3 verification was the only thing guaranteed as I recall, all of the accounts were delivered with level 3 verification, I am not refunding nor replacing them.
