Who doesn't know random.org this is a site that generates a random number in a given area, for example, from 1 to 10.Basically, this can be useful for scam drawings in instragram or somewhere else, or you can bet with a friend for 100 bucks that you will guess the number that will fall out ,there are a lot of implementation options)
To begin with, you need to explain that this script is in the public domain, but for the most part they are either encrypted with a password or deleted.

1)Upload the plugin from the archive to a separate folder

2) Install the Google Chrome extension

3) Set the required values in integers.js

4) Save and reload the extension
