Once you upload the Song to a Music Distribution Service (Distrokid, Routenote, AWAL, RecordJet, UnitedMasters and so on) they will scan the Song and leave a so called ''Digital Fingerprint'' so your Music will be protected and half-copyrighted, which means that you're the ''Final Song Owner''.
The songs are mostly Demos, Unfinished Projects or Music that's not in use or lays somewhere around without any use. 80% of my songs come with Vocals, so you'll have better chances to get your music accepted to a more complicated/curated Distribution Services.
HQD Songs are mostly EDM Songs (Electro House, House, Dubstep and so on). Some songs come with Vocals and some not (Instrumentals).
UHQD Songs are mostly Rock, Metal, Punk, Acoustic Songs which tend to have a better chance to get uploaded pretty much everywhere possible (If you match your release with the correct Artwork, with logical Song Titles and main overal logic)
