Well yea, behind a SOCKS5 proxy most of the dirty work is being done, like carding etc...

As a result of having 'such customers' most IP's get flagged/blacklisted and become unusable (mean look at vip72 (if it even still exists)), not to mention the legal trouble that can come with it.
