This guy wanted a refund for an rdp he used. We generally do not issue refunds (see our terms). I told him that exceptionally I would refund him. 
He takes it as a due, complains about the delay when it's a kind of gift. I don't understand this behavior. He started advertising on our discord, I banned him.
We refunded him in credit on our site, but please note that we were under no obligation to do so.
