TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
1. This service is not a reshipping service. It will only be used for drop services.
2. If a drop is used, all packages must hold an item of value. Paper mail and empty boxes are not permitted with our service.
3. Admins must be notified of delivery at least 24 hours before the estimated delivery time to
minimize the risk of package loss.
4. All products being sent must be verified by an admin before being sent to the drop.
5. If additional information is required (e.g. package info), update the admin as soon as possible. The drop will fail if additional information is not updated in a timely manner.
6. Drops are not a storage facility. Shipments must be pre-organized to leave the drop within 5 days.
7. If the drop became problematic after you provided tracking number but before the drop received it, we can discuss compensation depending on the circumstances and the product.
