Ofc we reply. Just create a ticket on sellpass directly, 2 different support teams are working on tickets (sellpass tickets & crisp). Dont call someone a scammer if you want to get help, ask nicely first.

Instead of crying, check our Telegram announcements. We clearly stated there, that Telegram support aren't a thing anymore. Eitherway, spamming Crispchat with no order-id nor any valuable informations don't help us :) we're not magicians.

Use with caution in the beginning the logs were valid but now sending multiple dead logs even the replacements be also dead.

Takes forever to answer back only to get replacements that still DO NOT work. Seems like doesn't check logs before sending.
